Due to the personalized nature of our concierge services, all bookings, service fees, food purchases, floral arrangements, balloon décor, and specialty items are non-refundable.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate modifications, changes cannot be guaranteed once purchases have been made or service preparation has begun.
Orderly strives to purchase every item requested by our clients. However, product availability is subject to retailer inventory and seasonal supply.
If a requested item is unavailable, Orderly may:
Fresh produce, bakery items, meats, flowers, balloons, platters, and seasonal products may naturally vary in appearance, color, size, or selection.
Balloon colors, floral varieties, decorative elements, and platter presentation may vary based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall style and value of the purchased design.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, property access instructions, gate codes, and entry details before the scheduled delivery.
If Orderly is unable to access the property due to incorrect or missing information, additional service or redelivery fees may apply.
For vacation rental deliveries, the customer is responsible for ensuring Orderly has authorized access to the property at the scheduled delivery time.
Orderly is not responsible for delays caused by:
Once groceries, prepared foods, platters, beverages, or perishable items have been delivered and stocked, responsibility for proper storage and consumption transfers to the customer.
Orderly is not responsible for food quality or safety after delivery has been completed.
Flowers are natural products and may vary in bloom, color, size, and longevity.
Balloon installations and arrangements are subject to environmental conditions including heat, wind, sunlight, and humidity. Orderly cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons after delivery or installation.
Orderly's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Orderly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including retailer inventory shortages, manufacturer packaging changes, product discontinuations, or delays caused by events outside of our control.
By placing an order with Orderly, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorize Orderly to purchase requested items, make reasonable substitutions when necessary, and complete the requested concierge services.
